Shipping

All orders are processed within 24 hours. We use USPS (United States Postal Service). Item(s) to USA customers will ship 2-3 day Priority mail. International items(s) will ship Express service. Please expect a confirmation email from Donkey Designs. You will also receive an email from usps.com with the tracking number.

Return Policy

You must send an email with a brief explanation to contact@donkeydesigns.us within 5 days of receiving your item(s). Donkey Designs will then email you a “Return Acceptance Number” (RAN). All returns must be pre-approved by Donkey Designs and must be accompanied by a RAN number. Donkey Designs must receive the item(s) within 10 business days of RAN issuance. An item(s) must be returned in the same new condition as was originally shipped by Donkey Designs. There must not be any signs of wear, scratches, scuffs or any markings that would indicate mishandling of the item(s). A 10% restocking fee of the sale price will apply. Shipping/Handling fees if applicable are not refunded. Postage to return the item(s) are not refundable.
